Poor, poor lad.

Ouch, ouchie ouch.

David has a slipped disc and has to undergo surgery tomorrow. :( Which, to be honest, I'd been suspecting all along. Back trouble of that calibre is bound to be something about the discs.

This also means he won't be able to return to the stage before Christmas, and we'll be getting to see Edward Bennett instead (which I really don't think is a bad thing!) And yet I can't begin to imagine how Edward must feel - involutarily hugging the limelight when the main act is probably suffering the pain of his life. Not a nice thing. :(

And David is likely to go postal in his recuperation phase, with nothing much to do, methinks.
